Today, 8 Tishrei, is the eighth of the Days of Awe.
Day 8: Pray for both houses to see the Father’s plan to have a pure, overcoming army, and to give themselves to becoming that army (Isaiah 11:11-14; 27:6-9; Zechariah 8:3,7,13; 9:13; 10:7-10; Hosea 11:10; Obadiah 1:18; Jeremiah 50:4,5,20; 3:14-18; Ezekiel 37:22-26). Pray the sons of Israel come, they and the sons of Judah, and go along weeping in a true search for their God; pray they turn their faces toward Zion and truly be joined in covenant with Him (Jeremiah 50:4-5; Hosea 5:14-15). Pray that Ephraim would again be like a mighty man, with their heart glad as if from wine, and that their children see it and be glad and their heart rejoice in the LORD (Zechariah 10:7). Pray that all Israel will seek to pay the full price for their pardon, and that all their pagan practices and idols will be made like chalk stones and thus unable to stand (Isaiah 27:9). Pray that Israel’s mighty ones will be equipped with the breath of the Spirit of the Most High (Ezekiel 37:10).
